ASBAB-KESHI (Relocation)
Curation and Product Incubation of Phase Zero of DEZFUL Project
In exploring Asbab-Keshi, we humbly delved into the intricate world of paper, uncovering profound elegance within its unassuming simplicity. Our journey began with a meticulous process, where we curated and invited five innovative designers to collaborate with us. Together, we explored contemporary concepts of migration, change, and everyday life, employing the principles of design-thinking to transform ordinary sheets into extraordinary creations. Asbab-Keshi was more than a mere project; it stood as a testament to the transformative power of design-thinking—a quiet celebration of the subtle sophistication of paper as a medium for our ideas and expressions. With each carefully folded piece, we conveyed a message that transcended conventional boundaries, inviting others to join us on this thoughtful exploration. Asbab-Keshi was a humble space where every fold and cut embodied our passion for thoughtful design and the endless possibilities within the realm of paper.
We were thrilled to have on-board brilliant designers: Ramyar Vala and Rambod Vala who envisioned the elegant wall clock, Taravat Amini who illuminated spaces with their creative lighting design, Ali Jahanshahi who crafted the functional bin design, Sam Nikmaram who brought artistry with the modular sofa, and Saina Nouri who added a touch of sophistication to everyday life with the stylish tissue box. Each designer played a pivotal role in shaping the functions and aesthetics of our innovative designs.
